As Zoom looked to debut its product suite to the world, the “One Platform to Connect” campaign was born. Using the logo we created a dynamic graphic element that offered flexibility throughout the campaign to highlight specific products in different regions. From film, to outdoor, to display this campaign shifted the perception of Zoom from a single product to a communications platform.

crafting minimal elegance

In collaboration with Rhino Media, we captured striking images that became the centerpiece of our creative executions. To complement the photography, we introduced a graphical element known internally as the “slinky.” This device, along with minimal graphic accents, highlighted the photography as the focal point, creating a visually appealing environment that seamlessly integrated with the product’s clean, minimal design.

Directed by Saman Kesh, we produced dynamic, fast-paced films aimed at capturing viewers’ attention and leaving a lasting impression. Each film builds tension, culminating in a satisfying moment of relief that showcases how Zoom seamlessly fits into everyday life.

This global out-of-home campaign led to a 12-point increase in platform awareness, with more people acknowledging Zoom as a comprehensive provider of communication products and services (Vistar).

Display ads, primarily featured in the Uber app and on LinkedIn, drove a 9.9% lift in awareness for Zoom Phone, a 7.5% increase for Team Chat, and a 10.5% boost in consideration for Zoom Phone (Uber).
